Heinz Maire-Hensge won the 2004 World Casting Championships in Bern Switzerland using a CTS-Strudwick Thomas Maire fly Distance rod. The rod took two of the top four places.

Other wins on the 2004 casting circuit for the CTS-Strudwick Thomas Maire tournament rod were the German, Polish, Japanese and Australian Casting Championships.

CTS is excited to announce the arrival of the latest ‘State of the Art’ rolling table fresh from the USA. This digitally controlled rolling table allows us to precisely control the rolling stroke acceleration and deceleration of our blanks, reducing fiber twist and optimizing blank straightness to levels only seen in a handful of companies around the world.

This latest table also boasts an innovative pressurized rolling bed. Unlike standard rolling tables that have a fixed flat bed our new taper forming table, similar to an air bed, is specifically designed to apply even pressure to our latest radical tapering actions, ensuring minimal voids and improved fiber nesting.
