Every new CTS blank carries a lifetime original owner warranty.

The CTS blank warranty covers any defects in workmanship and materials. It does not cover any damage related to misuse, fire, theft, loss, intentional breakage, modification or customization.

CTS reserves the right to decide upon the best course of action for replacement blanks that may be discontinued, or are currently produced using different componentry or paint colors.

Damages that have occurred other than as a result of defect in workmanship and/or materials may be repaired or replaced at the company’s discretion. There may be a fee associated with this service, and a full quote will be provided for you prior to any work being carried out.

CTS original owner warranty repairs require a US $25 handling and shipping fee for each item to be repaired. Payment by Visa or MasterCard is accepted.
